In 2008, hosted buyers program, a professional buyer program, was organized at the CAF exhibition. Its main goal is to support and attract regional buyers from Kazakhstan and Central Asian countries.

All the program participants can use a special service and an additional package of services BEFORE and DURING the visit to the exhibition.

The buyers program is not a commercial project and does not entail any financial costs on the part of its participants. participation in the buyers program is free.

CAF buyers program annually expands its borders and covers the territory of six countries: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan and Russia.

Every year, 3,000 to 6,000 specialized visitors of the exhibition from 33 cities of Kazakhstan and five countries take part in the free buyers program. Every season, thanks to participation in the hosted buyers program, regional buyers can attend the CAF fashion exhibition without financial burden and receive a package of additional services.

During the existence of the exhibition, 23,000 people took advantage of the hosted buyers program, a professional buyers program. All program participants were accommodated by the organizers in a 4* hotel and received a compensation for travel expenses.

Every year, up to 6,000 specialized visitors from 33 cities of Kazakhstan take part in the buyers program. Early booking for program participants opens four months before the start of the exhibition.

The number of specialized visitors to the exhibition since the transition to a specialized business format in 2013 is 66,621 people. This is comparable to the population of the most famous state in the Caribbean Sea - the Dominican Republic.

  • The choice of hotel, room category depends on the time of submission of application for participation in the buyers program and availability. All hotels provided under the program are located in the central part of the city of Almaty not far from the exhibition venue. The category and level of service of all proposed hotels is the same with a breakfast included.
  • Information about changes related to hotel accommodation and stay is considered by the organizers at least 72 hours before the start of the event. In case of violation of the rules of arrival and stay at the hotel by the buyers program participant, the responsibility rests with the resident.
